We are looking for team members to join us in expanding PRMAL's business, aiming for a sustainable society through the jewelry industry.

Position:
Showroom Operations Staff (Independent Contractor)

Commitment:
Approximately 2–3 days per week
(Availability on weekends and holidays is a plus)

Working Hours:
Primarily during showroom business hours (10:00–18:00)

Scope of Work:
- Client service and sales at our appointment-only showroom
- Customer relationship management
- Product inspection and shipping coordination
- Inventory and product management
- Planning, shooting, and publishing social media content (primarily on Instagram)
- Supporting pop-up event operations, and more

Beyond client service, you'll play a role in shaping the brand's world and contributing to operations as a whole.

What We're Looking For:
- Someone who resonates with PRMAL's philosophy and is eager to grow with us over the long term
- Experience in client-facing sales (jewelry, apparel, or similar)
- Ability to serve clients using language skills (English, Chinese, etc. — preferred)

Location:
- PRMAL Showroom (Nakameguro, Meguro-ku, Tokyo)

Compensation:
- Determined based on experience, skills, and scope of responsibilities

Other:
- Work-related expenses reimbursed separately; staff discount available
